Beetle Building ERP Platform
Integrated management platform that automates financial operations, customer management, inventory control, and business forecasting, with a built-in promotions engine for sales optimization.
Project Objective
The challenge: Beetle Building was running their business across spreadsheets and disconnected tools that didn't talk to each other. The goal: bring finances, inventory, customers, and sales into one place — track what comes in and goes out, know what's in stock, reward customers with points, and keep everything in sync between their online store and physical locations.

Diagnosis
We learned how the team actually worked: how they handled money, inventory, and customers. We mapped what was working, what was eating up their time, and what information they couldn't easily access.

Design
We designed the platform in clear modules: finance, customers, loyalty points, inventory, and sales — all connected, with automatic alerts and no duplicate data entry.

Launch
We moved all existing data into the new platform without disrupting daily operations. From spreadsheets to a cloud system — no data lost, no downtime.
