SunPharma Prescription System
Analytics platform that processes prescription data for 2024-2025, calculating total and yearly volume for Sun Pharma, the fourth largest global specialty generic pharmaceutical company.
Project Objective
The challenge: Sun Pharma needed their doctors to look up prescription data quickly and from their phones. The problem: everything lived in slow Excel files that didn't work on mobile — we built a web system to replace that workflow, with instant search, easy filters, and a forecast view accessible from any device.
Development Process

Diagnosis
We reviewed how the Excel files were actually being used: what people searched for, how often, and from where. We identified the friction points and figured out the best way to move the data over.

Design
We built mobile-first: fast search, clean filters, and an easy-to-read forecast panel — all optimized so results load in under a second.
03.
Launch
We migrated the Excel data into the new platform with full validation. The medical team kept working without interruption while the new system went live.
